I have always had respectful and usually friendly interactions within the Momence Post Office. When we have had a delivery/driver issue it was quickly rectified.
Always had a good experience with my local post office
The majority of the workers there have no idea how to do their job and on top of it, they are lazy. Not all of them, but most of them. A lady there didn't feel like grabbing my package for me when I went to pick it up and said I'd have to wait till tomorrow for when they actually deliver it to my house. Lazy!
Went to post office to pick up to package and there were two women talking, no one else in there but me. I asked for my package and the worker said she didn't want to look for it that it will be delivered tomorrow. Lazy, should not be working there. Lazy!
I mailed an overnight envelope purchased from here Saturday to be delivered in Indianapolis by Monday. It did not arrive till Wednesday. As an over the road truck driver this was an envelope regarding my payroll which now is delayed. A refund from overnight cost is definitely not substantial to the amount of problems this has caused.
